Overview Annual membership is from January to December. Annual dues are $80. (subject to change) Charter members with uninterrupted membership since 2005 will pay discounted dues. Associate memberships are available for $40 to members in good standing of other WDC groups. An additional person on a business membership is $60 annually if more than one person from the business chooses to attend luncheon meeting together. Monthly lunch fees: $15 for members; $18 for non-members (subject to change) Guests are always welcome! Guests may attend two times. After that membership is required to attend. What to bring to monthly meetings Business cards and small (12"x12") business material/product to display on the members only table. (Don’t forget to pick these up on your way out) Prepared 30 second commercial to introduce yourself. (These are timed) Please do not put promotional materials on tables or at individual seats. Proper use of members’ information Please refrain from sending unsolicited mass emails to members. Respect your fellow members and their privacy. Do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding members to any unrelated third party. Questions? Contact the chairwoman at chairwoman@bwnfc.org Speak with any board member at a monthly meeting. Attendance & RSVP Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month. Plan to attend to take full advantage of your membership. RSVP for the meeting is required before noon on the Friday prior to the meeting. RSVP via www.bwnfc.org/events Email reminders are sent 2 weeks & 1 week prior to meeting. Pay for monthly meetings on pay-pal when you RSVP. Cancellations can be made by noon on the Friday before the meeting by emailing rsvp@bwnfc.org (you will not be charged or if you’ve paid on pay-pal you will be credited) Members that RSVP and do not attend are still charged. Members that attend the meeting without an RSVP pay $18. Volunteer Positions for BWNFC Board Elected yearly in October by members of BWNFC via nominations. New officers will shadow current officer during November and December. Positions begin in January.
Additional Volunteer Opportunities Join committees to organize/handle a project or event. Optional service projects and opportunities available throughout the year. Speak at a monthly meeting on an educational topic.
