What does BWNFC stand for?
Business Women’s Network of
Fort Collins.
What is a networking group?
A networking group is an
effective means of getting to know other business women. It is not a
structured leads group. Though networking with other members you
will develop relationships and naturally grow your business.
What do you do?
We meet for lunch each month.
We encourage you to come early to meet new people and get to know
the members. During our meetings you’ll have an opportunity to
introduce yourself and your business using a 30 second commercial.
We have an educational speaker share on a topic of interest to
everyone in attendance.
What are your attendance
requirements?
You may be a guest two times –
after that membership is required to attend our meetings. We
encourage you to attend every monthly meeting to take full advantage
of your membership. We do understand that conflicts may arise once
or twice a year.

What is the WDC?
Women’s Development Council (WDC)
is the umbrella for several networking organizations in northern
Colorado. The WDC is a non-profit group designed to enhance the
personal and professional development of women in business.
Can I just come a few times a year
as a visitor?
You can be a visitor only twice
per year.
What do I need to do to join?
You can join at any monthly
meeting or you may email us at membership@bwnfc.org Membership is
annually from January-December. Our annual fee is currently $80.
How does the BWNFC promote itself?
The power of "word of mouth"
has proven to be the most successful means of communication since
the beginning of time. We do, however, send out press releases and
consistently have a presence at numerous other networking
organizations in northern Colorado. Our website is very effective in
letting people know about us too.
Do you ever get together outside of
meetings?
YOU BET!! We may take our
networking serious, but we sure know how to have a great time doing
it! We have an incredible "social coordinator" that organizes a
quarterly social for members only.
