Learn about setting, doing and accomplishing goals in a more creative
and non-traditional way. Goal setting processes, how to phrase goals,
words to avoid when making goals and learning how to work at a deeper
level with affirmations will be a part of the workshop process.
About Carmen: As a certified coach through Coaches Training
Institute and masters in Education, Carmen considers herself a
'Doorkeeper' to help people discover how to live their life fully with
minimum stress.
